Property Management

The HCGB property management team are here to help all of our tenants. To ensure efficient resolution of your queries, please read the below and select the appropriate method of communicatio

Repairs and Maintenance

Any matters relating to repairs and maintenance must be reported on Fixflo

 

Fixflo is used by HCGB to manage and instruct repairs and maintenance. When reporting an issue you must always upload a photo or video of the issue, and a full explanation of what needs to be repaired. Failure to do this may result in delays to the repair.

General Administration

For any general administration you can contact your Property Manager directly by email. When emailing, please always ensure you state your apartment number and building in the subject line of your email. Failure to do this may result in delays to receiving a response.

 

If you do not have the details of your current property manager, you can call our head office on 020 4603 6756.

Out of Hours Emergencies

HCGB office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.

 

If you experience an genuine emergency outside of these hours, you can call 07846735485. You must only use this number for genuine emergencies. Misuse of this number may result in a charge being added to your tenancy ledger.

 

Before calling the number above, ask yourself: “Can this matter wait until the next working day?”. If there is no danger to your safety, the safety of other residents, or the safety of the apartment/building, the matter can normally wait until the office reopens.

Tenancy Renewals

 If you are wishing to extend or renew your tenancy you can contact renewals@hc-gb.com. When emailing, please always ensure you state your apartment number and building in the subject line of your email. Failure to do this may result in delays to receiving a response. 

Rent Queries / Credit Control

If you have any queries regarding rent payments you can contact creditcontrol@hc-gb.com. When emailing, please always ensure you state your apartment number and building in the subject line of your email. Failure to do this may result in delays to receiving a response.


New Tenancies

If you wish to enquire about other available apartments, or if you have a friend or family who is interested in renting an apartment, you can contact lettingsuk@hc-gb.com

Tenancy Terminations

If you wish to terminate your tenancy, please email termination@hc-gb.com. When emailing, please always ensure you state your apartment number and building in the subject line of your email. Failure to do this may result in delays to receiving a response.
