Any matters relating to repairs and maintenance must be reported on Fixflo
Fixflo is used by HCGB to manage and instruct repairs and maintenance. When reporting an issue you must always upload a photo or video of the issue, and a full explanation of what needs to be repaired. Failure to do this may result in delays to the repair.
For any general administration you can contact your Property Manager directly by email. When emailing, please always ensure you state your apartment number and building in the subject line of your email. Failure to do this may result in delays to receiving a response.

HCGB office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.
If you experience an genuine emergency outside of these hours, you can call 07846735485. You must only use this number for genuine emergencies. Misuse of this number may result in a charge being added to your tenancy ledger.
Before calling the number above, ask yourself: “Can this matter wait until the next working day?”. If there is no danger to your safety, the safety of other residents, or the safety of the apartment/building, the matter can normally wait until the office reopens.
