HC-GB Services Ltd is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the accessibility standards set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Although we are a private business and not legally bound by the UK Public Sector Accessibility Regulations 2018, we recognise the importance of digital inclusion and are voluntarily working to improve the accessibility of our site.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are currently undertaking a full accessibility audit and are working to:

• Improve contrast and font scalability
• Ensure all forms are properly labelled and navigable

We aim to address these issues by June 2025.
